    Do you have other finishes or colors to choose from?  Yes, we showcased our most popular styles on the web site but we do have others.   Please call for more information at 1-616-866-3461.

    How can I retrieve installation instructions?  The installation instructions are located everywhere you find the installation icon and in addition, under the installation tab found on the page where you choose your configuration options for the part. 

    Where can I find the Byrne part number?  The Byrne part number appears on the shopping cart and in your order verification email.

    How can I order by part number?   Enter the Byrne part number  or prefix or description in the Search box provided at the upper right of each web page.  

    What if I wish to ship internationally?   Our ecommerce site currently does not support this so you could call us since we most likely can ship your products where you need them.   1-616-866-3461.

    How can I set up an open account with Byrne?  Call us and we’ll send you the proper forms for approval.

    Can I order products not listed on the web site?  Absolutely, we pride ourselves in customizing products to meet your needs.  Call us at 1-616-866-3461.

    Can I choose a ship date?   On the ecommerce site you may choose from our normal shipping (approximately 5 business days or our rush (within 24 hours).  This is date we plan to ship your product using the shipping method requested.  But if you call us we can try to accommodate other requests.   Contact Ecommerce Customer Relations at 1-616-866-3461.

    What if the product I’m ordering will be installed in New York or Chicago.  Local jurisdictions may have different installation requirements.  Contact our engineering staff for clarification at 1-616-866-3461.

    Why can’t I order the quantity I want?   The shipping method you picked may have size or weight restrictions that were surpassed.   Call us directly for other methods of shipping 1-616-866-3461.  

Glossary: 
 Cord Icon:  These products are UL Listed as Relocatable Power Taps. They are provided with a 15A cord. Products with four or more receptacles are also provided with a circuit breaker.  These producst are removable without tools.

Hardwired Icon:  These products are UL Listed as Multi-Outlet Assemblies.  They are provided with up to 6 feet of conduit and wire and must be wired by a licensed electrician.  These products are approved for use in the City of New York. Hardwire is also used with GFCI circuits used in home and healthcare applications. 
 

 Connectivity Icon:  This Icon represents a product's ability to accept multiple low voltage connection options. Connectiviy options inclue a wide range of data solutions from active USB to VGA, or even CAT5.

 Customizable Icon: We pride our selves in being able to change current or create new products to meet a customer’s needs.   Call and ask us!

 Imprintable Icon:  Company Logo or other design can be etched into the finish of these parts.

 Scalable Icon:   These products offer expandable power and data capabilities allowing you to change the overall size and number of connection points.

Amp:   Short for amperage which is the strength of the electric current.
 
Branch Circuit:   A power distribution sevice typically 15 or 20 amps.

Connectivity:   The ability to provide power or data distribution points.  

Cradle to Cradle : A scientifically based, peer-reviewed process used to assess and optimize materials used in products and production processes in order to maximize health, safety, effectiveness and high quality re-utilitization over many product life cycles.

Duplex:   Has 2 outlets.

RoHS: The RoHS Directive stands for “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”.  This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and eletronic equipment containing more than agreed  upon levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated bepheyl (PBB) and polybrominated dipheyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.

UL:  Product has been recognized or approved and listed with Underwriters Laboratory.
